  • BuildOne was called in by this hospitality chain to correct the delinquent installation methods of a past resort renovation contractor. 
  • Upon arriving on-site, a routine HardieBoard siding replacement project quickly turned into major mold and wet-rot restoration of the main structure of the buildings. 
  • With the structural integrity compromised, the entire buildings were stripped down to base-building standards, and rebuilt, including all decks, stairways, window and door trims, soffits, fascias and down-spouts.
